How to Configure and Style Archive List #

Archive List presents a chronological list of past posts or content on a website, organized by month and year. Users can navigate through the archives to explore older content conveniently. This widget aids in content discovery and provides easy access to historical information.

How to Activate Archive List #

To use this Sastra Addons element, find the ‘Archive List‘ element from the Search option under the ‘ELEMENTS‘ tab. Simply just Drag & Drop the ‘Archive List’ into the ‘Drag widget here‘ or the ‘+’ section.

After you have successfully done with step 1, this is how the element is going to look like.

How to Configure the Content Settings #

Under the content tab, you will see several options like ‘General’. You can configure these settings to customize the content of your Archive List.

General #

From this section, you can choose the ‘Query’ of your list from where the contents will be retrieved and displayed. You can use the drop-down to select one of these as your type: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly & Post By Post Selection. Besides, you can set the number of ‘Item Limit’ and change order.

Besides, you can change layout, select icon as per your preference. You can use toggle for hide or display icon and count.

How to Style Archive List #

To customize Archive List, click on the ‘Style’ tab, and you will find many different options here.

List #

From this section, you can set color, background color and border color with hovered and normal options. Than you can change transition duration, typography, padding and margin. Moreover, you can styling to border.

Icon #

In this segment, you have the option to define the color of the icon. Additionally, you can utilize a slider bar to adjust the size and spacing of the icon, ensuring compatibility across all devices.
