How to Activate Particles #

To use particles effects, go to your WordPress dashboard & navigate to WP-ADMIN -> Sastra Addons.  Under the ‘Widget Settings‘ tab, you will find the Particles Extension. By default, it is set to be activated.

How to Edit a Section #

Particles – Sastra Addons lets you modify Elementor Page Section. You have two options for adding Particles Effects. First of all, you can insert a background of your own and then add the effect into that area. On the other hand, you can simply just edit your page template & apply the amazing Particles effect.

Edit Section #

To edit any section, go to your page and click on ‘Edit with Elementor‘ option. Then click on the ‘: : :’ icon of the section you want to modify, then the menu will appear. Simply click on ‘Edit Section‘.

Choose Background Type #

To configure ‘Particles‘ in full effect, you must have a Background on your section. After you are done with the previous step, ‘Section‘ bar will appear and it has total 3 tabs: Layout, Style & Advanced.

Switch to the ‘Style‘ tab to add a Background Type & configure the settings. You can simply just play around with the settings to get your desired output.

You can also switch to the ‘Advanced‘ tab to add Padding, Margin & more to the Background you have chosen.

How to Configure the Particles Settings #

From the ‘Layout’ tab of your section, you will find the ‘Particles‘ Extension. To enable it, simply turn on the toggle. Then you would view the configuration settings for the Particles Extension.

How to Add Custom Particle Backgrounds Style #

With Particles – Sastra Addons you get some prebuild particles styling. Apart from these default styles you can customize and personalize background style with JSON code. You can do so with a few easy steps and don’t need to have any coding skills.

1. Visit the link here to design a custom particles styling.

2. Choose options as per requirement. You can select particles styling like shape, color, size, number, etc. From interactivity options, you can choose interactive effects on mouse hover/click. You can even set a page background for particles.

3. Once you are done with setting custom styling, click on the Download current config (json). This will export the required JSON code for your custom styling.

4. Open the above-downloaded file and COPY the entire code.

5. Go to your Elementor page and open the Style tab for the section you want to set background for.

6. Under Particles – Sastra Addons, choose Style as Custom. Paste the above-copied code under Add Particles Json window.
